The Buy In – Unofficial 2011 Reebok CrossFit Games Pre-Party

Where: The Avia Hotel, Downtown Long Beach
Why: Cause it’s Thursday, you’re in town, and why the hell not?
Who: Everyone we can fit up there. (Very limited space, though)
The Ultimate Buy-In
LAX CrossFit is proud to announce THE [unofficial] kick off party to the 2011 CrossFit Games!
Come hob-nob it with the A-List in CrossFit the day before the Games set Los Angeles on fire. Atop the hip and chic Avia Hotel, CrossFitters from around the world will get a little taste of Hollywood. Complete with paparazzi and swag bags filled with goodies from our sponsors.
The Golden Ticket
Southern California in July. Rooftop. Pool. Bar and Food. Games, prizes and just a whole lot of fun. Come out and meet some of the CrossFitters from around the world who were also lucky enough to get tickets.
Sadly, land in Los Angeles is BANK. Thus, finding a country club sized pool which can host 500+ people is not possible unless you travel WAY outside of The Home Depot Center area. As a result we will unfortunately have to limit attendance to this event to just about the same number of pounds I just saw thrustered by that TJ’s stud in NorCal.

Honestly, we could write a ga-zillion words about what’s going on here, but you all see that picture above? Imagine it filled up with 200 of the most influential and hardest CrossFit bodies in the world (and mine, which is not so much either of the two).
